Hello, my name is Mandy, I'm the owner of 'The Somerset Flower Farm'. Our first Ever Blog, so much to tell you all about the business and how it's grown over the past few years. along with our Flower business services and an update on a monthly basis throughout the growing seasons.
Summer has been reasoanbly kind here in the South West of UK but we could always do with some more sunshine, our flowers love the sun. This season we have over 500 flowers available to Wholesalers and Florists along with the general public.
It is with pride & pleasure to be announcing that we are going to be keeping followers and readers up to date through our Blog and we are now on Twitter and will be launching a Facebook Page for friends.
So much has happened in the past few months since we were able to obtain additional growing fields at 'Wheatfields' in Churchill. New flowers have been added to our stock lists and the Oasis garden has been updated with more garden collectables and great curiosities.
The environment has and always will be a debate for discussion and there's certain things that need to be highlighted, non moreso than the decline of the British Bumble Bee, a very worrying matter for everyone especially those that truely care about our environment, locally and across the world. This is something that I will blog about in the future.
Our Freshly Cut English Grown Flowers will always be at the forefront of my Blog, my favourite flowers, colours, Wedding Flowers, Florist flowers, Wholesale flowers, how to save money when buying fresh flowers and life on our Somerset Flower Farm.
